1. Handmade Products
All products listed on Croise.in are individually handcrafted. Due to the artisanal nature of our goods, minor variations in color, shape, size, or design are to be expected. These differences are not considered defects but rather a hallmark of the uniqueness of handmade items.
2. Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 2 to 5 business days. Processing times for custom or pre-order items may be longer and will be clearly stated on the respective product pages. We reserve the right to modify timelines due to unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping
We offer delivery services across India. Shipping times typically range between 5 to 10 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier partner. Please note that delays caused by external shipping providers are beyond our control.
4. Return and Exchange Policy
Given the handcrafted and/or made-to-order nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not accepted, except in the case of goods received in a damaged or defective condition. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
5. Damaged Items
In the event that you receive a damaged or defective product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To initiate a resolution, please provide detailed photographs of the item and your order information via email or WhatsApp at +91 891 038 8674. Failure to report within the stipulated time may result in the inability to process a refund or replacement.
6. Payments
We accept secure payments via UPI, debit and credit cards, and net banking. All prices displayed on the website are inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment must be completed at the time of order placement. Orders will not be processed without successful payment confirmation.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only within 12 hours of placement. After this window, the production process begins and we will be unable to accommodate cancellation requests. Please review your order carefully prior to confirming.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on Croise.in—including but not limited to product designs, photographs, logos, graphics, and written content—is the sole property of Croise and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Any reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited without our express written consent.
9. Privacy

10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Croise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or Website. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Website, and we are not liable for disruptions caused by technical issues or third-party providers.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kolkata, West Bengal.
