Cancellation and Refund
At Croise, we take pride in creating handmade, made-to-order crochet products with care and attention to detail. As a small handmade business, we request that our customers carefully review our cancellation and refund terms before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by contacting us via email or WhatsApp with your order details.

After 12 hours, the production process begins, and cancellations will no longer be accepted.

Orders placed with custom requests, personalization, or pre-orders are not eligible for cancellation after the 12-hour window, as materials may have already been procured or work begun.
2. No Refunds for Cancellations Beyond Time Limit

If a cancellation request is made after 12 hours of order placement, we regret that no refund will be issued, as work on your item may have already started.

In cases of cancellation within the allowed time frame, the full amount will be refunded to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
3. Refunds for Damaged or Defective Items

We only offer refunds or replacements for damaged or defective items.

If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing or messaging us with:

Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once we verify the damage, we will either issue a full refund or send a replacement, depending on product availability and customer preference.
4. Conditions for Refund Approval
Refunds for damaged items will only be approved if:

The product has not been used or washed

You contacted us within 48 hours of receiving the order

Photographic evidence of damage is provided

The item is eligible (based on our inspection and assessment)
5. Non-Refundable Cases
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

Minor color, size, or design variations (due to the handmade nature of our products)

Delays caused by courier services or unforeseen external circumstances

Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Change of mind after the 12-hour cancellation window
6. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment (e.g., UPI, debit/credit card, or net banking). Please allow 7–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
